Your Agreement with Our Platform

Introduction

Welcome to tk73. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk73 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tk73 website located at tk73.io, including all associated services, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and content made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on tk73, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Eligibility

Use of tk73 is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the criteria below before you are permitted to register an account or use any service on the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk73 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will verify age before processing any withdrawal. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must be accessing tk73 as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of tk73 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously requested self-exclusion from tk73 for any period that has not yet expired.
• You must have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement and to use online betting and gaming services.
• You must not be using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

tk73 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access tk73's betting, casino, and gaming services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on tk73. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method, is strictly prohibited. tk73 may use technical means to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be merged or closed at its sole discretion.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tk73 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials. You must notify tk73 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
• Non-transferable: Your tk73 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tk73 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after notifying the player by email. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

tk73 reserves the right to decline any registration application, suspend any account, or close any account at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason, provided that doing so does not conflict with applicable law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tk73 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though tk73 may impose limits on individual accounts at its discretion for responsible gaming purposes.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly in normal circumstances. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• tk73 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before tk73 will approve any withdrawal request. KYC requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by tk73 support.
• tk73 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Processing times may be extended during such checks.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk73 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

• Abuse prevention: tk73 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure. Accounts found to be engaging in such behaviour will have bonuses voided and winnings withheld.

tk73 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have legitimately qualified for a specific offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on tk73. Category-specific rules (e.g., cricket betting, slot games, live casino) are detailed in the relevant game or sport section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet placement: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly offered.
• Insufficient funds: Bets cannot be placed if the required stake exceeds your available account balance. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available before attempting to place a bet.
• Obvious errors: tk73 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — even if the bet has already been settled in the player's favour. Players will be notified of any such voiding.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a casino game session, any unsettled game round at the time of the malfunction will be voided, and the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Final decision: The outcome of all bets and games, as determined and recorded by tk73's systems, is final. In the event of a dispute, the server-side log records maintained by tk73 will be considered the authoritative source of truth.
• Maximum payout: tk73 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-bet payout limit. Where applicable, this limit will be disclosed in the relevant game or market description.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk73. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any non-human interface to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence the outcome of bets, games, or tournaments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

Limitation of Liability
